Returns and Refunds Policy
Service Terms, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy
Before completing a purchase, each customer must review, acknowledge, and agree to the following terms.
1. Acknowledgment of Service Agreement
By purchasing any service, program, membership, consultation, or digital product from Right Enterprise Consulting, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the service terms described in this policy.
The client further acknowledges that Right Enterprise Consulting provides professional consulting, entity formation services, administrative services, and digital educational products. These services may involve administrative work, research, preparation, document filing, strategic review, and access to intellectual property.
Because work may begin immediately after payment and certain services include digital materials, administrative preparation, or access to proprietary content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full or placed on an approved payment plan before work begins.
By submitting payment, the client authorizes Right Enterprise Consulting to begin work on the client’s file. This work may include:
• Internal file creation
• Business research
• Business-name searches
• Document preparation
• Strategy review
• Administrative processing
• Secretary of State filings
• Access to digital educational materials
• Client onboarding and communication
Because these activities may begin immediately after purchase, payment constitutes authorization for Right Enterprise Consulting to begin performing the agreed-upon services.
3. No-Refund Policy
Except where otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing, all services provided by Right Enterprise Consulting are nonrefundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Business formation services
• LLC-to-corporation conversions
• Legacy Builder packages
• Journey to Success services
• Business consulting or mentorship
• Business plans
• Business credit programs
• Nonprofit filings
• Tax preparation and filing services
• Digital training programs or masterclasses
• Membership programs
• Downloadable products and other digital products
Once payment is submitted, Right Enterprise Consulting may begin administrative preparation, file creation, research, strategy development, document processing, or digital-content delivery.
Because of the nature of these services, refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
• A change of mind
• Failure to complete required intake forms
• Failure to respond to communications
• Disagreement with a recommended business strategy
• Personal financial hardship
• Delays caused by state or government processing timelines
• A client’s decision not to proceed after payment
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
4. Payment-Plan Terms
Clients who select a payment plan acknowledge and agree that:
• Payment plans are binding financial agreements
• The client is responsible for all scheduled payments
• Services may begin after the first payment is received
By enrolling in a payment plan, the client further understands that:
• Remaining payments are not optional
• Remaining payments may not be canceled merely because the client decides not to continue
• Remaining payments remain due according to the signed agreement
• Payments should not be disputed solely because the client changes their mind or fails to complete their responsibilities
Failure to complete required payments may result in:
• Suspension or termination of services
• Referral of the unpaid balance to collections
• Legal enforcement of the agreement, where permitted by law
Any cancellation rights, early-termination terms, or exceptions stated in a separate written service agreement will control if they conflict with this policy.
5. Authorization to Begin Work
By submitting payment, the client expressly authorizes Right Enterprise Consulting to begin work immediately.
This authorization includes administrative and preparatory work that may occur before the client receives a visible deliverable, including:
• Internal file creation
• Client onboarding
• Research and strategy preparation
• Document preparation
• Communication with state agencies
• Administrative processing
Because work may begin immediately upon payment, the purchased service is considered initiated once payment is received and administrative preparation has begun.
6. Processing Timelines
Processing and completion times vary based on factors including:
• Secretary of State processing times
• State-specific requirements
• Government filing delays
• Client response times
• The volume and complexity of client work
Any estimated timeline provided by Right Enterprise Consulting is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of completion by a specific date.
Right Enterprise Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, third-party service providers, incomplete client information, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Complete all required intake forms promptly
• Provide accurate and complete documentation
• Respond to communications when a response is required
• Review documents and information within the requested timeframe
• Notify Right Enterprise Consulting of any changes that may affect the service
Delays, errors, or incomplete services caused by the client’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities do not qualify for a refund.
The client is responsible for reviewing all submitted information for accuracy before documents are filed or finalized.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact Right Enterprise Consulting before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so the company has a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Submitting a payment dispute does not automatically cancel the client’s contractual obligations or establish that a refund is owed.
If a dispute or chargeback is filed, Right Enterprise Consulting reserves the right to provide relevant evidence to the payment processor or financial institution, including:
• The signed service agreement
• Checkout-policy acknowledgments
• Proof that work was initiated
• Email and communication records
• File-preparation and administrative logs
• Proof of digital-content delivery or account access
• Copies of completed or partially completed work
Knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent disputes may result in:
• Immediate suspension or termination of services
• Legal enforcement of valid payment obligations
• Submission of supporting documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, or other appropriate parties
Nothing in this section prevents a client from exercising lawful billing-dispute or chargeback rights.
9. Membership Programs
Membership subscriptions may provide access to:
• Training sessions
• Digital content
• Educational resources
• Member-only materials
• Ongoing consulting or support, when included in the selected membership
Because members may receive immediate access to proprietary content and intellectual property, previously paid membership fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
Members may cancel future recurring billing in accordance with the cancellation procedure provided at enrollment. Cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not retroactively refund past charges.
Access to membership benefits may continue through the end of the period already paid for unless otherwise stated in the membership agreement.
10. Important Service-Initiation Acknowledgment
The client acknowledges that administrative work, internal preparation, research, onboarding, document preparation, strategy development, or access to digital materials may begin immediately after payment.
Accordingly, a service is considered initiated once payment is received and Right Enterprise Consulting begins performing administrative, preparatory, digital, or client-specific work.
